About The Job:
- The Vulnerability Management (VM) Solution Implementation & UAT Analyst will perform technical implementation, testing, migration, and operational adoption of Vulnerability Management and Application Security solutions. The role is responsible for executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating integrations and workflows, supporting data migration activities, assisting with tool configuration, maintaining operational documentation, developing training materials, and supporting go-live and hypercare activities.
- This position will work closely with Vulnerability Management team to implement and maintain the solution. Engagement with stakeholders such as App manager, compliance, and other project/operational teams would be required to ensure successful deployment and adoption of VM capabilities.
Tool Implementation & Configuration Support
- Perform implementation and onboarding of vulnerability management solutions and related capabilities into Zafran.
- Perform configuration and validation of:
- VM Workflows
- Ticketing and other vulnerability status policies
- Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC)
- Automated assignment and routing rules
- Notifications
- Tags and asset classification structures
- Risk scoring models
- AI/automation capabilities
- User access management
- Configuration, testing and finetuning of vulnerability source integrations.
- Develop and maintain UAT test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and execution scripts.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate business requirements, workflows, integrations, reporting, and configurations.
- Document defects, testing outcomes, and recommendations.
- Support feature validation and release acceptance activities.
- Support migration of vulnerability, acceptances, and Application Security data into Zafran platform from ServiceNow by use of manual and automation methods.
- Conduct data reconciliation, quality assurance, and migration validation activities.
- Validate completeness and accuracy of migrated records.
- Assist with pilot execution and end-to-end process validation prior to production deployment.
- Create and maintain:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Work Instructions
- Knowledge Base Articles
- Runbooks
- Process Documentation
- Service Catalog and Operational Documentation
- Ensure documentation remains current and aligned with business processes and governance requirements.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and presentation content.
- Conduct role-based training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
- Support user adoption and change management initiatives during deployment.
- Support production deployment, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
- Assist in issue tracking, troubleshooting, and resolution coordination.
- Support transition of solutions into Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.
- Participate in operational readiness and governance reviews.
- Support project and product compliance activities, including documentation and audit evidence preparation.
- Assist with legacy platform archival, data retention, and decommissioning activities.
- Support retirement of legacy Vulnerability Management solutions and validation of migrated capabilities.
- Exp – 9 to 12 years
- Experience creating test plans, test scripts, and validation documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 1 L3 level FTE with 7+ years’ experience in Information security and at least 5+ years in Vulnerability management domain and technologies.
- 1 L2 level FTE with 5+ years of experience in information security and preferably in technical working of vulnerability management/exposure solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in vulnerability management tools and automations
- Strong knowledge of large enterprise vulnerability aggregation, assignment and remediation complexities
- Experience with VM technology platform/solutions design, configurations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
