VP - Transformation Lead
Thoriva · Remote · Full-Time
Thoriva, an Infinite Company, is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Transformation to lead enterprise-wide business and technology transformation initiatives for the Loan Platforms business unit. The VP of Transformation will drive strategic programs focused on operational excellence, digital transformation, process optimization, organizational change management, and business growth. This leader will collaborate with executive stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, execute large-scale initiatives, and ensure measurable business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Transformation Leadership
Develop and execute enterprise transformation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead large-scale business, digital, and operational transformation programs.
Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation.
Establish transformation governance frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics.
Program & Portfolio Management
Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives across business and technology functions.
Drive program delivery from ideation through implementation and value realization.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across transformation programs.
Digital Transformation
Lead modernization efforts involving cloud adoption, automation, AI/ML, analytics, and enterprise platforms.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that drive business value.
Collaborate with technology teams to implement scalable and innovative solutions.
Change Management
Champion organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Develop communication and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure successful adoption.
Lead cross-functional teams through periods of organizational change.
Operational Excellence
Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies.
Optimize business operations, enhance customer experiences, and improve productivity.
Establish performance management frameworks and continuous improvement programs.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and business leaders.
Build strong relationships across business units, technology teams, and external partners.
Present transformation progress, business cases, and outcomes to executive leadership and Board stakeholders.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop transformation leaders, program managers, and cross-functional teams.
Build high-performing teams focused on innovation, accountability, and execution excellence.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree (MBA preferred).
15+ years of experience in transformation, program management, consulting, operations, or technology leadership.
Proven success leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
Strong experience in digital transformation, operational excellence, and organizational change.
Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and strategic portfolios.
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, or Technology domains.
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, Agile, or Prosci Change Management.
Background in management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.).
