Key Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership: Develop and implement long-term strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
- Operational oversight: Manage day-to-day operations and departmental performance, often overseeing specific areas like sales, finance, or IT.
- Financial management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, making recommendations and decisions to achieve financial goals.
- Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate employees, manage teams, and foster a positive corporate culture.
- Decision-making: Make important business decisions and legally binding agreements on behalf of the company.
- Stakeholder relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and the board of directors.
- Performance analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks, and report on company performance to the President and board.
