As AVP/VP of R&T Operations, your primary responsibility would be to monitor RTA tasks with respect 
to processing, implementation of SEBI circulars, monitor digital deliverables from Kfintech and 
supervise data warehouse support provision. 
What you will Do?
• QC/ SIP:
o To review the application flow from reporting at ISC to processing & QC clearance, to 
identify gaps and process lapse
o To review process as to ensure that all parameters set internally & externally are 
followed and there are no Gaps / Deviations in the process
o Based on past observations on delays in QC clearance to workout revised processes as to 
ensure there are no repeat instances
o Review periodically processes implemented is followed. 
o Ensure all SIP related activities are processed with in TATs
• Financial Error Minimization:
o To ensure that Financial Errors are minimum and proper system like double entry of key 
critical fields are put in place
o Periodic check of high value tickets for error free entry
o Check and set process for COB process, there should be no error in the data entry part of 
bank account number and IFSC code
o Ensure that a solution is found for wrong capture of ARN code
• Brokerage Processing:
o Evaluate the empanelment process to identify any gap in empanelment process
o To verify and identify deviations with regards to SEBI & AMFI guidelines
o To verify samples to identify gaps / discrepancies in updating of distributor data from 
CDMS (CAMS) AMFI portal
o To verify process of brokerage rate updating
o To verify samples to ensure brokerage rates as per AMC and as per RTA records are 
same with no discrepancies
o To verify sample cases for all types of brokerage rates with processed data as to ensure 
that proper brokerage is paid
o To verify past period brokerage rates where brokerage is processed in the current period 
to identify discrepancies
o To review brokerage funding and pay out process to identify any gap / process lapse
o No Brokerage is paid to invalid ARN number
o No Brokerage is paid on Own investment of the distributors
• SEBI/ Internal/ Statutory/ Concurrent Audits Implementation Support:
o Ensure coordination with all the auditors
o To ensure the data requested by the auditors are provided with in the time lines and the 
same must be reviewed before giving it to the auditors
o To ensure that no audit points are repeated more than once
• Digital Support/ Data Warehouse:
o To follow up with Kfintech for timely delivery of APIs for digital developments includes 
API and various other service.
o Ensure all production support and bugs are fixed on timely manner.
o Provide support to data ware house / replication issues by following the relevant team 
at Kfintech
• Compliance:
o To monitor SEBI/AMFI/Other best practice circulars implementation
What makes you a Great Fit?
• Post-graduate/ CA with 12-15 years of experience in Mutual Funds and/or R&T Ops
• NISM V-A certification is mandatory
• Experience of managing a team of 5-7 members
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Systematic & planned approach towards goals
• Ability to make prompt and appropriate decisions during complexity & risk
