Vice President of Operations – IDD Homecare Opportunity Description
 
Our client is well established and growing provider of IDD and home based careservices. They have a current opening for a Vice President of Operationsbased inMesa, AZ.  This person will oversee a multi-site territory within the Greater Phoenix, AZ market.  IDD, Mental Health or Home Health multi-site leadership experience is required. Clinical and non-clinical candidates will be considered, MBA preferred. An autonomous leader with a track record for running successful operations and strategic planning is a must. Relocation candidates welcome!
 
Vice President of Operations – IDD Homecare Job Requirements
  • 5+ years in operations leadership, including multi-site experience
  • Experience in regulated healthcare or human services (IDD, HCBS, etc.)
  • Ability to build and standardize processes across locations
  • Strong data-driven and analytical skills

  • Oversee operations across multiple locations
  • Lead and develop managers and teams
  • Improve processes and operational efficiency
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive results
