Job Description

The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

To support the Commercial Banking business in executing strategic priorities, business initiatives, management reporting and continuous process improvements.

The role works closely with business, support and technology stakeholders to drive business outcomes, deliver strategic projects, leverage on data and insights to support decision-making, strengthen reporting capabilities and improve operational effectiveness across the Commercial Banking business.

Key Responsibilities

Business Management and Stakeholder Support

• Support Commercial Banking management in executing business priorities and strategicinitiatives.
• Prepare management presentations, business updates and performance analysis for seniormanagement forums.
• Engage business and support stakeholders to understand requirements, operational challengesand opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams to drive timely execution of business initiatives anddeliverables.
• Monitor business performance, portfolio trends and productivity indicators, highlight areasrequiring attention and develop proposals to improve performance.

Strategic Projects & Process Improvements

• Support business projects and process improvements across Commercial Banking.
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs, coordinating withstakeholders to facilitate projects end-to-end.
• Review existing processes and operating models to identify opportunities for improvements.

Management Information, Regulatory Reporting & Analytics

• Develop, maintain and enhance management information dashboards and reports acrosscustomer, portfolio and productivity data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Support recurring management and regulatory reports with high standards of accuracy andtimeliness.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance across multiple systems and datasources.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience across business management, MIS, management reporting, project management or process improvement.
• Experience within the Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking functions would be advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business, operations, risk, and technology teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate into business impact.
• Experienced in management reporting, MIS, portfolio analytics would be beneficial
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft suite skills, with experience preparing management reports, business analysis and executive presentations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, GenAI tools would be advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and hands-on, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.
