- Create differentiated leadership and learning portfolios for executives, successors, people leaders and emerging talent, with clear measures of learning transfer, behaviour change and business impact.
- Own the enterprise skills taxonomy, proficiency standards, future-skills mapping and capability heatmaps.
- Translate capability gaps into integrated build, buy, borrow and targeted talent-mobility recommendations that support future workforce needs.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to turn enterprise talent, learning and skills priorities into practical solutions that support business performance.
- Represent Indonesia in the Asia talent community, contribute market insights to regional priorities and support cross-market and Corporate initiatives.
- Provide the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Management Team with trusted talent intelligence, dashboards and evidence-based recommendations.
- Lead the Talent Management and Learning team and govern the portfolio, budget, controls, partners, vendors and responsible use of talent data.
What success looks like
- Stronger succession coverage, diverse successor slates and improved readiness for critical roles.
- Visible progress in closing priority capability and future-skills gaps.
- Leadership and learning investments that translate into meaningful behaviour change and business outcomes.
- Timely, trusted talent insights that help leaders make inclusive, evidence-based decisions.
- A strong Indonesia contribution to Asia and Corporate talent priorities, supported by disciplined portfolio, budget, vendor and data governance.
What you bring
- Typically 10–15 years of progressive experience across talent management, succession, capability, leadership development, organizational development or learning.
- Demonstrated ownership of enterprise talent, succession, learning or capability portfolios, including executive facilitation and people leadership.
- Experience translating regional or global frameworks into effective market solutions and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong strategic judgement, consulting, analytics, facilitation, portfolio management, commercial and vendor-management capability.
- A commitment to inclusive leadership, caring for our people, evidence-based decisions and responsible stewardship of sensitive talent data.
Role focus and interfaces
This is a market Talent Centre of Expertise and enterprise delivery role, combining functional strategy and governance with hands-on leadership of succession, learning, leadership development and capability priorities.
