At Linwood Center, Vocational Assistants support individuals in day programs and community activities, helping them develop life and vocational skills. You’ll be part of a supportive team with strong supervisor guidance and opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Support individuals in vocational and community-based activities
• Assist with daily living and skill development
• Encourage independence and engagement
• Provide transportation and support
• Provide active supervision
• Collaborate with team members to support individual goals
• Maintain daily documentation and records

Training & Support

• We provide CPR certification
• We provide MANDT training
• We provide ongoing Core trainings
• Ongoing support and guidance from supervisors and lead

What You Bring

• Experience with intellectual disabilities preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Share your community connections for client activities
