Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Job Description:

As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your assigned shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and leading a team of crew members to achieve operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
* Supervise and train crew members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, including cash handling, food preparation, and sanitation.
* Manage inventory, place orders, and receive deliveries to maintain appropriate stock levels.
* Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as Burger King brand standards.
* Open and close the restaurant according to established procedures, including cash reconciliation and securing the premises.
* Assist with food preparation, cooking, and serving when needed to support the team and maintain service speed.
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to crew members.
* Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.

Job Qualifications:
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
* Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay:

$17-$19 per hour

Shift:

Multiple Shifts available- full or part time
