JoinGPV Lanka (Private) Ltd. as aJunior Material Compliance Specialist and be part of a team supporting material and chemical compliance activities for a global manufacturing organization.

🔹 Your Key Responsibilities

• Conductmaterial and chemical compliance activities and respond to customer requests within required timelines
• Process and analyze data related to regulations includingEUDR, Digital Product Passport (DPP), Melt & Pour, PFAS documentation, and CBAM
• Maintain effective supplier data communication and gather additional information for customer inquiries
• Develop and update the internalchemical compliance portal
• Provide initial confirmation dates to Account Managers / Program Managers for new material compliance and sustainability projects
• Gather and analyze material compliance data usingSilicon Expert, websites, emails, and databases
• Update working templates and summary sheets after finalizing chemical compliance statements
• Coordinate withProduct Engineering and Purchasing teams when material compliance clarification is required
• Maintain proper records and archives of material chemical compliance statements
• Perform daily updates to working templates and timing sheets
• Prepare monthly timing summaries
• Participate in training and conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions
• Maintain department archive folders
• Update existingSOPs and prepare/updateWork Instructions.

• G.C.E. (A/L) qualification – preferably in the Science stream

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and database handling

• Strong communication skills in English

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand data and make decisions

• Experience with SPC tools

• Knowledge of hydraulic / mechanical components

• Understanding of chemical compliance and chemical compositions

• Certificate course in Material Science, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering

• Knowledge of IMDS / CDX platforms.
