Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-drivenOutbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for conductinghigh-volume outbound cold and warm calls to businesses that provide maintenance, service, or protection plans for security systems.

Your primary goal will be to identify key decision-makers, communicate the value of our SaaS platform, qualify prospects, andbook high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for our sales team.

This is a results-driven role for someone who is confident on the phone, resilient when handling rejection, and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting

• Conduct daily cold and warm outbound calls to targeted B2B prospects.
• Research and identify companies that fit our ideal customer profile.
• Engage prospects and create interest in our SaaS platform.

Lead Qualification

• Navigate gatekeepers and connect with key decision-makers, including:
  • Operations Managers
  • Service Directors
  • Business Owners
  • Other relevant decision-makers
• Qualify prospects based on business needs, company profile, and potential fit.
