Role Description

We're looking for a creative, versatile Visual Media Designer, who can bring ideas to life across both static and motion formats. You'll be responsible for designing graphics, editing videos, and occasionally recording content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience.

What You'll Do:

• Design visual content for social media, campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Record basic video content including B-roll, talking heads, and product shots

• Create motion graphics, animations, and video templates

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints

• Collaborate with the marketing/creative team to develop concepts and execute campaigns

• Stay current with design trends, platform specs, and content best practices

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing (or a strong portfolio demonstrating both)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

• Experience with Figma, Canva, or CapCut is a plus

• Basic videography skills (framing, lighting, audio recording)

• Strong understanding of social media formats and platform requirements

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• A portfolio showcasing both design work and video editing samples

Bonus Points:

• Motion graphics or animation experience

• Photography skills

• Knowledge of content strategy or copywriting
