Pay Range: $45 - $49/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the Pitch: Lead the end-to-end visual design of high-stakes sales presentations, from initial concept to final delivery.
  • Master the Narrative: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Research, and Product leaders to translate complex viewership data and product capabilities into clear, persuasive visual stories.
  • Build for Scale: Develop and innovate our master presentation template system, creating a robust visual toolkit that empowers the sales organization.
  • Visualize Products & Solutions: Design high-quality mockups and visuals across our advertising products, bringing tailored client solutions to life.
  • Champion the Brand: Ensure all sales marketing assets meet high standards while continuously pushing the boundaries of our visual aesthetic.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, with a significant focus on presentation design at an ad-tech company, media publisher, or creative agency.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design, data visualization, and B2B marketing collateral.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (Slide Masters, custom layouts, and native charts).
  • Deep fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for UI/mockup creation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
