Manager, eCommerce Analytics Capabilities

Job Description

TheManager, Advanced Analytics role will lead business analytics and insights initiatives and willbe responsible for providing cross-functional teams with end-to-end business-critical insights and overall support to drive the business. This role will also act as a thought leader in developing new capabilities and solutions to solve key business challenges. 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities  
 

• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects in eCommerce/Omni analytics, ensuring projects under responsibility are managed with utmost quality and timeliness. Ability to lead and influence will be instrumental, as well as attention to detail and the highest standards in data analytics and data science 

• Analyze overall business health performance,acquire a deep understanding of business performance and correlations, andprovide detailed performance insights to cross-functional teams to drive the business. Develop and communicate diagnostics to aid in business health initiatives planning 

• Hands-on cross-functional leadership of advanced analytics products. Must be able tosolicit core problem statements/requirements from stakeholders, generate code, launch MVP, and rally end users to gain adoption internally. Examples: Category sales forecasting, campaign measurement, etc. 

• Collaborating with sales, marketing, engineers, and organizational leaders toidentify opportunities for process improvements, recommended systemmodifications and development policies for data governance 

• Creatingappropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary 

Expected Experience & Required Skills 
 

• Background in Analytics/Data Science/Strategy & Consulting or related field  

• Technicalproficiency in programming languages SQL, R, Python 

• Experience in BI/Data Prep/Exploration tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau with preference for R-Shiny, Qlik, Snowflake and PowerPoint 

• Proven experienceutilizing datasets fromCircana, Nielsen, Numerator with preference for WM Scintilla.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
