• Configuration and Implementation: Configure VIM modules, including Intelligent Capture, Document Processing, Invoice Approval workflows, and integration with SAP AP, AR, GL modules.
• Process Optimization: Analyze current business processes, identify bottlenecks, and design workflow improvements for accurate and timely invoice processing.
• Requirement Gathering & Blueprinting: Conduct workshops, perform functional gap analysis, and prepare solution documentation.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Prepare and execute test scripts, validate workflows, and manage post-go-live support (Hypercare).
• Support & Maintenance: Address production incidents, troubleshoot issues, and guide internal teams on VIM operations.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Train business users, prepare manuals, and provide technical guidance for smooth adoption.
• Customization & Enhancements: Implement custom coding or enhancements to address specific client requirements, including PO and non-PO invoice approvals, exception handling, and reporting.
• Integration Activities: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure VIM integrates seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA or ECC and other ECM solutions.
• Asset Accounting: Manage asset master data, depreciation runs, capitalization, and retirement processes in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Monitor asset performance, prepare reports on asset values, and support financial audits.
• Process Implementation: Design and optimize processes for asset lifecycle management, including asset acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and internal policies regarding asset management.
• Client Advisory & Strategy: Advise on portfolio optimization, asset allocation, and capital expenditure planning.
• Tool Utilization: Leverage financial modeling, portfolio management software, and data analytics tools to monitor and enhance asset management practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with finance, procurement, IT, and project management teams to maintain asset data accuracy and operational efficiency.
