Position Summary

We are seeking alicensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to providehigh-quality, patient-centered therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist. This role plays a key part in helping residents improve mobility, strength, and overall independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Followphysician treatment plans and care goals
• Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes accurately
• Assist withrehabilitation and care planning meetings
• Communicate patient progress with the interdisciplinary team
• Assist withdischarge planning and caregiver education
• Maintain clean, safe therapy areas and equipment
• Support training of restorative aides and nursing staff
• Ensure compliance withstate practice act and facility policies

Qualifications

• ActivePhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in South Carolina (in good standing)
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Experience inskilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
• Familiarity withPointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
