Global Marketing Manager - Lead Function

For our location in Vienna we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our PDMI department as Global Marketing Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and execute theglobal marketing strategy and tactical plans, including budget and resource management
• Drive abusiness-driven product marketing approach in close collaboration with Sales, Innovation, and Category teams
• Develop and implementglobal marketing campaigns and content strategies to enhance customer experience and proactive launches
• Establish and managelead generation and qualification processes to support new business growth
• Act asglobal functional lead for marketing, aligning local teams, governance, and KPIs

Your profile:

• Master’s degree inMarketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the B2B food industry
• Provenleadership and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
• Strongproject management and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Fluent inEnglish and German (additional languages are a plus)
