As our Video Shop Manager, you'll lead the teammates and daily operations that make those experiences possible. You'll combine hands-on automotive expertise with strong leadership, ensuring our installations are completed safely and accurately while creating opportunities for valuable product knowledge, videos, and educational content.

What You Will Do

• Lead daily shop operations, including vehicle scheduling, installation quality, safety, workflow, and timely project completion.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts, product needs, and technical challenges while keeping installations and content opportunities moving forward.
• Partner with Video, Product, Demo, and Content teams to turn firsthand installation experiences into accurate, helpful information for our neighbors.
• Hire, coach, and develop teammates through clear expectations, meaningful feedback, hands-on guidance, and opportunities to build technical and professional skills.
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience for neighbors through thoughtful communication, coordination, and follow-through.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient shop while ensuring tools, equipment, facilities, and installation processes support quality work.
• Encourage curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement while celebrating wins and having some fun along the way.

• You're curious, open to feedback, and willing to challenge existing processes when there's an opportunity to make something better.
• Automotive or related shop management experience is valuable, along with a strong understanding of shop safety, tools, equipment, and workflow. Technical certifications or equivalent experience are a plus.
