The video editor will transform raw footage into polished content that aligns with project goals.You’ll work closely with theExecutive Operations Directortotell stories that align with the mission ofRealFaith.Â

Responsibilities &dutiesÂ
- Review and organize raw footage; select best clips for storytellingÂ
- Create rough and final cuts; ensure smooth pacing, continuity, andlogical flowÂ
- Incorporate sound design, music, dialogue, graphics, titles,effects and color gradingÂ
- Collaborate with the Ex. Ops Directorto align edits with visionÂ
- Present cuts for feedback; make revisions as needed at the guidanceof the video directorÂ
- Stay current with editing software, trends, and best practicesÂ
Additionalresponsibilities &dutiesÂ
- Operate cameras forRealFaith content productionÂ
- Operate one of the various positions during live show recordings like switcher, sound, graphics, cameras, etc.Â
- Studio maintenance (i.e. Upkeep of lighting and camera gear, cleanliness of the studio space, etc.)Â
- Assist in studio setups and set flips for productionsÂ

Qualifications &skillsÂ
- Proficient in editing software:Â
- DavinciResolve or AdobePremiereProÂ
- Strong storytelling, timing, continuity, and visual pacing senseÂ
- Understanding of sound mixing and color gradingÂ
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlinesÂ
- Ability to work in afast-paced environmentÂ
- Excellent communication and collaboration skillsÂ
Preferredadditional skillsÂ
- Experience withVFX/After EffectsÂ
- Experience in social media short-form content(instagram,
tiktok)Â
- Portfoliodemonstrating a variety of editing styles and project typesÂ
- Experience in dynamic work environment with demanding deadlinesÂ
