Type of contract:12 months fixed term contract with a possibility of extension
Pay rate: Contract of employment: 142.03PLN /hour ≈ 23861.04 PLN/month gross

Our client:international financial services company, specializing in investment services and investment management.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, translate them into appropriate contractual documents, ensure systems, processes, and procedures are followed, and manage the end-to-end workflow from request through execution.
- Review, draft, edit, and negotiate professional services agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, amendments, non-disclosure agreements, and related commercial documentation.
- Manage and support contract negotiations across agreements of varying complexity, value, and risk exposure.
- Identify contractual, commercial, and operational risks and escalate issues appropriately in line with internal governance requirements.
- Ensure contracts align with internal policies, approval frameworks, third-party risk requirements, and applicable regulatory expectations.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Support sourcing and supplier selection activities, including participation in RFx events, bid evaluations, and commercial assessment processes where required.
- Maintain complete and accurate contract documentation and records to support operational, reporting, and audit requirements.
- Manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to time-sensitive business needs in a high-volume contracting environment.
- Support process improvement initiatives that enhance consistency, efficiency, and control across negotiation and contracting activities.

• Relevant experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation, ideally with a focus on professional services agreements.
• Strong understanding of contractual risk, issue identification, and escalation practices.
• Familiarity with RFx processes, supplier evaluation, and commercial bid analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Good commercial judgement and strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with cross-functional partners such as Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Procurement.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in financial services, banking, or another regulated industry.
• Experience supporting professional services, consulting, or indirect procurement categories.
• Familiarity with governance, third-party risk, and approval processes in a large organization.
• Experience negotiating contracts with suppliers, consulting firms, or professional services providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.

They are comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups, can manage competing deadlines, and bring a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to supporting business needs while maintaining appropriate controls.
