Job Description:

• Designing and developing high-performance, low-latency Java applications for financial systems
• Working on Order Management Systems (OMS) within equity trading domains
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions
• Contributing to system architecture and performance optimization initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on performance and reliability
• Participate in the design and implementation of low-latency trading or OMS platforms
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues with strong problem-solving skills
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented, agile environment

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong experience in building low latency applications
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player

Desired Skills:

• Experience in equity domain or financial services industry
• Prior experience working on Equity Electronic Trading stack
• Familiarity with trading systems and market data
• Familiarity with FIX Protocol will be a plus
