Leadinvestoradvisoryengagements,businessdevelopment,andconsultingdelivery,helpinginvestorsandportfoliocompaniesdrivegrowth,improveperformance,andmaximisereturns.Buildexecutiverelationships,expandadvisoryofferings,driverevenuegrowth,anddevelophigh-performingconsultingteams.

Key Responsibilities

• Adviseinvestorsonmarketopportunities,investmentpotential,commercialduediligence,andvaluecreationstrategies.

• Leadportfoliotransformationengagementstoimprovebusinessperformance,revenuegrowth,andcompetitiveness.

• Buildrelationshipswithprivateequityfirms,investors,andportfoliocompanyleaders.

• Drivebusinessdevelopment,clientacquisition,proposals,andrevenuegrowthacrossadvisoryofferings.

• Developinvestment-focusedthoughtleadership,methodologies,anddifferentiatedconsultingsolutions.

• Lead,mentor,anddevelopconsultingteamstoensurehigh-qualitydelivery.

Required Competencies

• Education:Bachelor’sdegreeinBusiness,Finance,Economics,Accounting,orarelatedfield;MBApreferred.

• Experience:11–13yearsinmanagementconsulting,transactionadvisory,commercialduediligence,corporatestrategy,privateequity,orrelatedfields.

• Investment Expertise:Strongunderstandingofinvestmentevaluation,portfoliovaluecreation,marketanalysis,andexitplanning.

• Strategic & Financial Acumen:Abilitytoanalysebusinessperformanceandtranslateinsightsintoactionableinvestmentrecommendations.

• Business Development:Provenabilitytobuildclientrelationships,winengagements,anddriverevenuegrowth.

• Executive Communication:ExcellentEnglishcommunication,presentation,andstakeholdermanagementskills.

• Leadership:Abilitytoleadconsultingengagements,developtalent,andcollaborateacrossteams.

• Commercial Mindset:Entrepreneurial,client-focused,andaccountablefordeliveryandbusinessperformance.
