Company: ConsultNet
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
Scope: National / Enterprise
Leadership Responsibility: Senior Individual Contributor with Future Team Leadership Opportunity
Position Overview
ConsultNet is seeking a highly accomplished, relationship-driven Vice President of Enterprise Accounts & Strategic Relationships to lead the acquisition, development, and expansion of large-scale enterprise client relationships.
This is a strategic business development leadership position designed for an experienced enterprise sales executive with an established network of C-suite executives, procurement leaders, strategic sourcing organizations, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) decision-makers.
The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise "whale hunterβ who thrives on breaking into complex organizations, building influential relationships, navigating sophisticated procurement environments, and securing high-value master service agreements (MSAs), preferred supplier partnerships, and enterprise workforce solutions opportunities.
The role will focus on acquiring Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 clients and other large organizations with significant contingent labor expenditures, targeting relationships with the potential to generate $10 million or more in annual revenue for ConsultNet.
Initially operating as a senior individual contributor, this executive will own the full enterprise acquisition lifecycle, from account identification and strategic pursuit planning through agreement execution, account activation, and initial revenue growth. As the enterprise portfolio expands, this position offers the opportunity to build and lead a dedicated Enterprise Accounts organization.

Focus on strategic accounts with the potential to generate $10M+ in annual revenue through ConsultNet's service offerings.
Map enterprise buying structures, procurement functions, executive sponsors, MSP relationships, incumbent providers, and competitive positioning.
Build multiyear strategic pursuit plans that identify key stakeholders, organizational priorities, potential entry points, and pathways toward securing enterprise-wide agreements.
Proactively uncover vendor consolidation initiatives, supplier rationalization opportunities, procurement events, and competitive displacement opportunities.

Build relationships across multiple levels of target organizations to establish executive sponsorship and long-term strategic alignment.
Represent ConsultNet at executive meetings, industry events, supplier forums, and strategic partnership discussions.
Enterprise Contracting & Commercial Development
Lead efforts to secure new MSAs, preferred supplier agreements, MSP program participation, and other strategic enterprise commercial relationships.
Identify and pursue enterprise RFPs, RFIs, supplier selection events, and vendor consolidation opportunities.
Navigate complex enterprise procurement processes, supplier onboarding requirements, and contracting negotiations.
Collaborate directly with ConsultNet's CEO, COO, and CFO on pricing strategies, commercial terms, contract negotiations, and strategic investment decisions.
Coordinate internal resources and subject matter experts to develop compelling enterprise proposals and differentiated solutions.

Utilize ConsultNet's full portfolio of staffing, workforce solutions, project services, nearshore/offshore delivery, Workday, Salesforce, and specialized technology capabilities to establish and expand strategic client relationships.
Identify opportunities to expand into additional business units, geographical markets, and service lines.
Establish appropriate executive governance, relationship management structures, and long-term growth strategies for acquired accounts.
Lead the eventual transition of established accounts to dedicated account teams or enterprise account management resources while maintaining strategic relationship continuity.
Enterprise Practice Development & Leadership
Help establish ConsultNet's enterprise acquisition strategy, target account prioritization methodology, and strategic account management framework.
Build and maintain a high-quality enterprise pursuit pipeline with defined account strategies, opportunity milestones, and revenue potential.
Collaborate with executive leadership to determine appropriate investments in enterprise account acquisition, recruiting capacity, account management, and client delivery.
Develop repeatable approaches for penetrating major enterprise accounts and accelerating account activation.
As the enterprise portfolio grows, help design, recruit, and lead a dedicated Enterprise Accounts team responsible for supporting and expanding strategic client relationships.
