We’re looking for aBIM expert with leadership capability to take on a key role in delivering high-quality Mechanical/Plumbing models while supporting team operations and performance.

This role combinestechnical excellence, project ownership, and team leadership—ideal for someone ready to step up as a second-in-command and future leader.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development ofaccurate, constructible BIM models (Revit) for Mechanical/Plumbing projects
• Performclash detection, coordination, and model validation using tools like Navisworks
• Managemultiple projects, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring quality and efficiency
• Enforce and improveBIM standards, workflows, and QC processes
• Act asTeam Manager backup (OIC) and support day-to-day team operations
• Leadteam meetings, coaching, and performance support
• Coordinate withProject Managers, stakeholders, and global teams
• Identify project issues (quality, timeline, productivity) anddrive solutions proactively
• Supporttraining, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare RFIs, reports, and project documentation as needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree inMechanical, Environmental, Sanitary Engineering, or related
• Strong experience inRevit and BIM modeling (Mechanical/Plumbing)
• Solid understanding ofMEP systems, plan reading, and constructability
• Experience withNavisworks and BIM coordination workflows
• Proven ability tomanage tasks, projects, or small teams
• Excellentcommunication and organizational skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work withminimal supervision

Plus Points:

• Master Plumber License or BIM Certification
• Knowledge ofAutoCAD, Bluebeam, BIM360
• Familiarity withUS construction standards or Agile/Scrum

Work Setup

• Initialonsite assignment (up to 6 months): Makati, QC, or Alabang
• Hybrid after regularization (2 days WFH/week)
• Schedule may vary depending on project needs
