We are looking for a dedicated Integration Team Lead to join our team in Bucharest, Romania!

About the job:

You will be responsible for leading a team of Integration Managers whilst holding end to end delivery accountability for a portfolio of client integrations and software solutions within the iGaming and sports betting space. This is a delivery leadership role, combining line management of the team with oversight of complex integrations from project initiation through go live and post deployment support. You will work closely with international clients, internal development teams, senior stakeholders and third party vendors, balancing hands on delivery involvement with team leadership responsibilities across multiple integrations running in parallel, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and to a high quality standard.

What You'll get to do:

Client and Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international clients during the integration lifecycle

• Build strong, long term relationships and ensure client requirements, priorities and expectations are aligned

• Manage senior stakeholder expectations

Delivery and Project Management

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and post go live support

• Manage multiple concurrent integrations and delivery streams across distributed teams

• Define scope, milestones, dependencies and deliverables in collaboration with internal business units

• Create and maintain delivery plans, schedules and budgets, tracking progress against agreed baselines

• Ensure integration and development work meets agreed quality and compliance standards

• Manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, proposing practical and creative solutions

• Ensure delivery governance, reporting and project administration are accurate, timely and consistently maintained

• Apply a data driven approach to delivery, using metrics to track performance and inform decisions

• Coordinate and manage third party vendors and external delivery partners

• Actively contribute to the Integration Management community by sharing knowledge, re using best practice and driving delivery efficiencies

• Champion lean agile ways of working and continuous improvement

Team Leadership

• Line manage a team of Integration Managers, providing day to day direction and support

• Set clear objectives, conduct regular one to ones and carry out performance reviews for direct reports

• Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional development and certification goals

• Identify skills gaps within the team and organise relevant training or knowledge sharing sessions

• Allocate workload across the team, balancing capacity against portfolio demands and client priorities

• Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

• Act as an escalation point for the team on delivery blockers, client issues or resourcing conflicts

• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members as the team scales

You will have the confidence and maturity to educate, inspire and challenge colleagues, demonstrating strong leadership, collaboration and coaching skills in a fast paced technology environment.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience delivering complex software or iGaming integrations on time and within budget

• Prior line management or people leadership experience, ideally within a delivery or integration function

• Strong hands on experience applying lean agile delivery approaches in software development

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a client facing B2B environment

• Experience working with globally distributed engineering and delivery teams

• Ability to lead, motivate and influence without direct authority

• Experience managing third party vendors and external technical partners

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Desirable

• Experience in iGaming, betting, payments or regulated B2B platforms

• Project, programme or agile certifications such as PMP, MSP, Certified Scrum Master or equivalent
