Data Tester

Responsibilities

• Experience validatingETL/ELT pipelines and BI reports/dashboards.
• Should experience as aData Tester / Data QA with strong hands-on data testing expertise.
• Working knowledge ofPython for data testing and automation.
• Document traceability between testing, system requirements, and product requirements documentation in a timely manner.
• Responsible for testing through the entire lifecycle of a project, including test case development, execution and verification.
• Performdata tester to support operational data requests and user queries.
• Collaborate with clinical data teams to analyseIRT/RTSM datasets.
• Proven experience working withclinical trial data in regulated environments.
• Help manage CICD and automated code branching/deployment
• Complete all testing deliverables at the end of the testing cycle.
• Demonstrate efficient and accurate completion of all responsibilities.

Skills

• Experience inPharma or Life Sciences, especially inclinical trial operations.
• Familiarity withdata governance andmetadata management tools.
• Certifications inDatabricks,cloud platforms, orclinical data standards.
• Exposure tomachine learning workflows ordata science collaboration.

Experience

• 6–8 years of experience as aData Tester / Data QA with strong hands-on data testing expertise
• Proven experience working withclinical trial data in regulated environments
• Hands-on experience withIRT/RTSM systems and related datasets
• Strong expertise indata validation, reconciliation, and end-to-end data testing
• Ability to test data across the full project lifecycle, from requirements to production validation
• AdvancedSQL skills for complex data analysis and validation
• Hands-on experience withautomation testing of data using tools such asRightData or equivalent data testing/validation tools
• Experience ensuringdata quality, auditability, and traceability for compliance purposes
• Familiarity withclinical data standards such asCDISC, SDTM, and ADaM
• Experience validatingETL/ELT pipelines and BI reports/dashboards
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, data engineering, and business teams

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent field or appropriate experience will be considered
