About the role

Hassle Free Home Services is a luxury home management company. Our Home Managers take care of high-end homes for members across 20+ markets, and we rely on a network of local contractors (plumbers, HVAC, GCs, landscapers and more) to get the work done. We're growing fast, with rapid expansion starting in February 2027.

As our Vendor Sourcing Specialist, you'll be the person who makes things happen when a homeowner needs work done. You'll connect our Home Managers with great local contractors, fast. You'll spend most of your day on the phone building relationships with tradespeople, pitching what makes Hassle Free a great partner, and lining up the right pros for each job. What you'll do

• Fill vendor requests. Support Home Managers with vendor requests and sourcing, especially our high performers, so they can focus on selling.
• Work the lists. Call through ranked lists of local vendors built by our AI list-building partner; screen each one for fit, drive distance and licensing.
• Serve a shortlist. For each request, hand the Home Manager a few vendors ready to quote, with the job details already shared. For example: call 20, deliver 5 who can quote this week.
• Get vendors started. Send the onboarding link and follow up until the vendor has confirmed payment details and sent a certificate of insurance.
• Clean up paperwork. Lead a one-time push to collect missing vendor documents, supporting our Vendor Operations Manager.
• Use backup channels. Post hard-to-fill jobs to outside sourcing platforms when our lists come up short.
• Log everything. Track every request and vendor contact in our platform so we can see what's filled, how fast, and which vendors turn into real work.

Who you are

• 2+ years in a high-volume phone role: inside sales, recruiting, staffing or similar.
• Comfortable making lots of calls a day and hearing "no" without losing momentum.
• Can pitch a busy contractor in under a minute and get to a clear next step.
• Fast, persistent follow-up; nothing falls through the cracks.
• Organized and comfortable in a CRM or similar tool.
• Bonus: knowledge of home services trades or contractors.

• Days from a Home Manager's request to the first vendor quote
• Share of vendor requests filled
• Vendors you source who go on to win approved projects
