About the role

Our Private Brands operations are growing rapidly as we continue to scale across Europe. To ensure smooth continuity and support our expanding portfolio, we are filling a key vacancy on our team. The team is currently navigating a dynamic, high-volume environment where close vendor collaboration is essential to maintaining execution quality and business stability.

To help us with achieving this, we are hiring a Vendor Manager to oversee and nurture relationships active manufacturing partners and primary suppliers. In this role, you will lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive buy pricing, optimize delivery parameters and continuously improve commercial terms. You will also drive sourcing initiatives across existing portfolios and key international markets to support our Category Management growth plans. Additionally, you will maintain high data integrity across internal systems, monitor EU regulatory compliance, and resolve operational supply chain discrepancies alongside our Vendor Operations teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a substantial supplier portfolio within a high-growth e-commerce leader. You will work at the core of our Private Brands business, directly influencing profitability, product availability, and vendor performance across Europe. What you will do

  • Manage Supplier Relationships: Oversee day-to-day operational relationships and strategic collaboration with 30–40 manufacturing partners and primary suppliers.
  • Lead Commercial Negotiations: Independently negotiate competitive pricing, renewed commercial terms, improved SLAs, and optimized delivery parameters.
  • Sourcing & Supplier Onboarding: Identify and onboard potential suppliers in current portfolios and external markets (including China and TĂĽrkiye) to support SKU expansion.
  • Maintain System & Data Integrity: Ensure accurate supplier master data in AWS/PBA systems, timely term updates, and full compliance with EU regulatory standards and packaging data.
  • Resolve Operational Issues: Handle delivery discrepancies, claims, and certificate expirations in close alignment with Vendor Operations teams.
  • 4–6 years of experience in supplier relationship management, sourcing, procurement processes, or B2B vendor management.
  • Proven track record of independently driving commercial negotiations to achieve cost reductions and term optimizations.
  • Strong hands-on experience using MS Excel or Google Sheets for price analysis, performance tracking, and data updates.
  • Professional fluency in spoken and written English (B2+ level minimum). Knowledge of Russian or Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
  • Higher education degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, alongside strong operational autonomy and problem-solving skills.
