Vendor Manager III

Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Vendor Manager III for their Toronto, ON/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Manage Third Party Business Arrangements through all stages of the TPML.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on vendor performance against SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs.
• Identify and escalate issues to mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships.
• Lead problem resolution for complex issues and provide subject matter expertise.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with client's policies and standards.
• Conduct internal and external research projects and support the development of presentations to management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business needs and manage transitions or terminations of vendors.

• 5+ years of Vendor Management experience
• 5+ years of experience with Third-Party Management Lifecycle
• Soft skills:

• Banking Experience (strong asset)
• Prior risk assessment experience
• Project Management experience – ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate project activities
• Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Coupa and Ariba 
• CSP or PMP certification
