Vehicle Sprayer

The successful applicant will be involved in the body repair, preparation and painting of commercial vehicles, including:

    ●    Repairing damaged, dented and corroded panels

    ●    Traditional panel beating and body repair

    ●    Removing and replacing damaged body panels

    ●    Carrying out rust and corrosion repairs

    ●    Using fillers and finishing repaired panels to a high standard

    ●    Preparing truck cabs, chassis components and body panels for painting

●    Sanding, priming and final preparation

    ●    Mixing and applying automotive/commercial vehicle paint systems

    ●    Spray painting primers, basecoats, solid colours and clear coats

    ●    Masking and preparing complete vehicles and individual components

    ●    Polishing and finishing painted surfaces where required

    ●    Disassembly and reassembly of vehicle body components

    ●    Working on complete vehicle restoration projects from start to finish

    ●    Has previous experience in panel beating, vehicle body repair and/or spray painting

    ●    Has good knowledge of vehicle preparation and refinishing

    ●    Is capable of achieving a high-quality paint finish

    ●    Has experience working with modern automotive/commercial paint systems

    ●    Has excellent attention to detail

    ●    Can work independently as well as part of a team

    ●    Takes pride in producing work to a high standard
