Pay Range:Â $60.00 - $65.00 Per Hour
Job Summary:
This hands-on role is crucial for ensuring the safety of electric vehicles through rigorous testing and validation. You will be responsible for preparing vehicles and instrumentation, executing various safety tests, and analyzing results to drive design improvements. Collaboration with engineering teams will be key to resolving safety performance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive vehicle safety test plans.
- Prepare vehicles and instrumentation for testing.
- Analyze test data and report findings.
- Resolve vehicle safety performance issues.
- Support passive safety target development.
- 5+ years of experience with laboratory instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
- 5+ years of experience with vehicle crash testing and automotive safety validation.
- 5+ years of experience rebuilding and preparing vehicles for testing.
Experience in the automotive industry, specifically with vehicle safety programs and testing, is required.
