Job Description:

  • Seeking a full-time contract employee to support Customer Performance Intended Target (CPIT) activities.
  • This role centers on event support, vehicle prep and staging, data processing and updating vehicle assessment reports.
  • The ideal candidate would be an automotive technologies graduate with an associate or bachelor's degree.
 
Responsibilities:
Event support
  • Vehicle prep and staging, event tools setup
  • Assist participants in providing structured feedback
 
CPIT support
  • Evaluate vehicles
  • Process data and generate supporting reports using Microsoft Office and AI tools.
 
Event Support - Ride & Drives & CPIT
  • Assist with vehicle prep / staging and tools and equipment setup.
  • Assist our group by leading event setup and operational execution. Includes the following:
  • Assist with equipment setup (tents, tables, signage, food/drink).
  • Produce event materials (maps, driver rotations, participant lists, info cards).
  • Direct pedestrian/vehicle traffic flow during events.
  • Maintain vehicles, equipment, and technology (tablets, supplies).
 
CPIT Essential Job Functions
  • Assist the Managers with CPIT (Customer Performance Intended Target) target-setting duties.
  • Evaluate vehicles and provide feedback.
  • Assist participants in evaluation of vehicles.
  • Data Processing, supporting document and report generation (Microsoft Suite)
  • Work with Tools and Processes team to assure data collection tool is loaded and tablets are collected for events.
  • Manage event agendas, participant lists and correspondence assuring the right people are attending, assessing vehicles and providing all their feedback.
  • Work with the fleet management team to rent vehicles.
  • Work with CTC and CPG facilities teams to schedule event facilities (tracks/garages/labs).
 
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and demonstrated driving proficiency.
  • Technical-minded individual interested in subjective vehicle evaluation events OR business-minded individuals passionate about vehicles/customer insights.
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with participants.
  • Self-starter who can be relied on to execute tasks independently, shortly after training.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask while ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
