Responsibilities:

• Lead expert knowledge within a specialised discipline, typically developed through extensive professional experience, recognised expertise and continuous professional development.• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, capability development, performance management and team leadership.• Ability to apply advanced specialist expertise and professional judgement to highly complex business situations and strategic challenges.• Proven capability to shape professional standards, methodologies, practices or frameworks within a specialist discipline.• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to evaluate complex issues and provide authoritative recommendations.• Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and deliver results through others.• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and diverse audiences.• Broad understanding of organisational priorities, business drivers and developments relevant to the specialist discipline.• Commitment to leadership excellence, professional integrity and continuous advancement of team and organisational capability.‎ ‎
