Job Title: Vascular Interventional Technologist – Travel
Location: Oakland, CA 94611
Duration: 14 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Shift: Days | 10x4 | 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
 
Compensation:
Local: $90/hr (W2)
Travel: $4,000/week (1700 stipend Included)
 
Job Summary:Performs vascular interventional and radiographic procedures while supporting patient preparation, fluoroscopic imaging, contrast administration, radiation safety, and procedural workflow.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, position, educate, and safely transfer patients for vascular interventional and radiographic procedures
  • Operate imaging equipment, administer contrast per protocol, and evaluate images for diagnostic quality
  • Maintain sterile technique, follow infection prevention and ALARA standards, and submit images with relevant clinical information for interpretation
 
Requirements:
Licensure: CA Radiologic Technologist License
Certifications: ARRT (R), CA Fluoroscopy Permit, Venipuncture Certificate, BLS (AHA)
Experience: 1-year recent IR Radiology Tech
Skills:Contrast administration, radiation safety, patient transfers, fast-paced imaging workflows
