### Backend Rust, gRPC, and PostgreSQL on AWS. We're building a next-generation API, prioritising good tools for getting code from local to prod with minimal red tape and review. We're also working on new tools like a dynamically created DAG of automated workflows that will pick apart and analyze ownership history, making the information immediately available to the user. ### Frontend React Native, Redux, CodePush, Detox, and RNTL. React Native has allowed us to prototype extremely quickly, taking an average of 3 weeks to release entirely new apps. We focus on ease of use and quick iteration, gathering feedback from users and pushing updates immediately with codepush. We've also developed a custom framework for forced updates when breaking changes are required.

The role

You've done the site visits, reviewed other valuers' reports and signed your own. Now lead the work.Landeed is India's real estate operating system. Lenders, enterprises and individuals use Landeed to get property records, verify title and make faster, safer property decisions. We're hiring a Valuation Lead to own property valuation at Landeed — from the site to the signed report.## Key Responsibilities:* **Valuation and Sign-off:** Review, value and sign technical valuation reports on residential, commercial and land collateral for our lender partners, accurately and on time.* **Site Inspections:** Carry out and supervise site visits — measurements, construction stage, condition, and checks against approved plans and land records.* **Market Evidence:** Back every value with comparable transactions, local market rates and the area's growth, not just guideline rates.* **Lender Empanelment:** Hold valuer-panel empanelment with lenders for Landeed's valuation work and keep it in good standing.* **Standards and Quality:** Own valuation methodology, report formats, quality checks and sign-off standards.* **Team Leadership:** Hire, train and lead valuation engineers, and review their work.* **Stakeholder Management:** Be the technical point of contact for lenders' credit and risk teams, and resolve queries on reports.## Ideal Candidate Profile:* **Certification:** IBBI Registered Valuer (Land & Building) — required.* **Education:** B.E./B.Tech (Civil), B.Arch or equivalent.* **Experience:** 5–8 years in property valuation for banks, NBFCs or HFCs, including reviewing other valuers' reports.* **Panel Experience:** Currently or previously on a lender's valuer panel.* **Leadership:** Has supervised field engineers or managed a valuer panel / vendor network.* **Domain Knowledge:** Working knowledge of state land records and local building rules — the role covers properties across India.* **Mindset:** Comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage company.## Good to Have:* Section 34AB (Wealth Tax Act) registration* RICS or membership of a recognised valuers' body* SARFAESI / NPA valuation experience## What You Get:* Ownership of Landeed's valuation function, reporting directly to the founding team* Fixed pay plus a performance-linked variable**To apply:** send your CV and one valuation case you're proud of (redacted — no client, borrower or property-identifying details), and tell us why.
