POSITION OVERVIEW: 

The Bartender will drive retail sales and extend hospitality through prompt, courteous service that will be provided to each of our guests. Providing World Class Service toeach and every guest is what sets us apart fromall of our competition. The bartenderis responsible for providing an overall exceptional guest experience to helpmaintain and attract new guests. Theyare responsible for knowing and suggestively selling the menu to guests, a full understanding of operational standards,policies and procedures. It is important that the Bartender can effectivelydemonstrate these standards,policies and procedures. The Bartender must provide instant guest recognition and satisfaction,maintain excellent service standards, serve top-qualityfood and follow all Health Department guidelines and codes. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: 

• Providing exceptional guest service 

• Responsible for overall Guest satisfaction. 

• Focusing on overall Guest Experience and ensures every guest receives a personalized experience that caters to their needs 

• Ensuring all food and beverage is prepared to standard before served to guests 

• Responsibleto meet all Health Department andAlcoholregulations andmaintain standards 

• Follow all department policeson pouring andserving alcohol 

• Assist team members if needed 

• Any and all other responsibilities given within the scope of the job description 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent 

• 2 to 3 years of bartending experience preferred in a fast paced, high-volume tavern 

• Mustdemonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace 

• Must be able to lift 45lbs 

• Excellent customer service skills 

• Must strive for 100% customer satisfaction  

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS 

Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal,state and local regulations. 

• Must be able toattaina Non-GamingCard 

• Valid Alcohol Awareness Card 

• ValidHealth Card 

LANGUAGE SKILLS 

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules,operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also berequired. 

REASONING ABILITY 

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructionsfurnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
