Validation Testers

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform validation testing of applications and systems.
• Prepare, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track defects through the testing lifecycle.
• Perform functional and regression testing as required.
• Analyze test results and ensure issues are properly validated and closed.
• Collaborate with development and other stakeholders to resolve identified issues.
• Ensure testing activities are completed within defined timelines.
• Maintain proper testing and validation documentation.

Required Skills:

• 4–8 years of experience in software testing and validation.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Experience in test case preparation and execution.
• Good defect identification and tracking skills.
• Experience in functional and regression testing.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
