Senior SAP Functional Analyst

We are seeking aSenior SAP Functional Analyst with a specialization in FS-CD to enhance our SAP Configuration & Support team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and implementing SAP functional activities, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate UAT activities with business users to obtain sign-off for deploying defect fixes and enhancements
• Troubleshoot and triage data issues from source to target system using XML, log viewers, and interface along with SAP data
• Collaborate in a team of 10 SAP Configuration and Production Support members, both onsite and offshore
• Maintain expected working hours within overlap with the US onsite team for 2 to 3 hours daily
• Provide guidance on SAP FS-CD processes including company code setup, cash application, and disbursement setup

Requirements

• Possess at least 5 years’ experience in SAP FS-CD, SAP Business Partner and configuration activities
• Experience in FSRI and FIGL modules is helpful
• Proficiency in SAP BAPI/RFC and experience integrating SAP with various upstream applications
• Understanding of Insurance/Reinsurance domain
• Experience in analyzing defects to identify root cause and propose fixes
• Knowledge of application maintenance, enhancement, and production support within IT systems
• Proficiency in using SAP ChaRM for release management and coordinating with SAP BASIS teams for production deployment
• Successful history in collecting and finalizing business requirements with cross-functional teams
• Flexibility to work in an onsite-offshore model
• Ability to manage demanding workloads and prioritize effectively to meet objectives
• Competency in analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience with Guidewire relating to Policy/Claim Admin Systems
