Salesforce Solution Architect

We are seeking aSalesforce Solution Architect to join our dynamic teams working on Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360 and MuleSoft projects.

Collaborate with Scrum and Architect teams to deliver innovative solutions for a multi-regional organization.

Responsibilities

• Increase Marketing Solution Architect team capacity
• Design solutions for Marketing Cloud applications across multiple regions
• Collaborate with Scrum and Architect teams to ensure alignment of technical and business objectives
• Provide architectural guidance for Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Data 360 initiatives
• Support integration efforts with MuleSoft and event-driven designs
• Ensure enterprise-level scalability and performance in solution designs
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members
• Foster a teamwork-oriented environment and help others achieve project goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of enterprise-level experience in complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud and multi-cloud organizations
• Knowledge of AMPScript, integrations and event-driven designs
• Background in Data 360 and working in Agile SAFe environments
• Clear communication and teamwork skills
• Capability to get things done and support others
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
