Program Manager - Supply Chain

We are seeking aProgram Manager - Supply Chain. This role is responsible for strategically leading large-scale, multi-phase programs focused on retail supply chain transformation. The Program Manager will drive measurable improvements in inventory accuracy, replenishment cycles, logistics, and operational costs. This role also oversees the delivery of AI-driven initiatives and enterprise-level supply chain technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Apply real-world expertise in AI solution delivery, implementing tools such as machine learning for demand forecasting, intelligent inventory optimization, and automated replenishment
• Partner with data science, engineering, and retail operations teams to design and operationalize AI solutions that improve supply chain visibility and decision-making
• Deliver AI-driven analytics to enable actionable insights into retail supply chain trends, enabling enhanced agility and responsiveness
• Lead the planning, execution, and successful implementation of retail-specific supply chain technologies, including inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), order management systems (OMS), and transportation/logistics platforms
• Oversee key system integrations, including connecting upstream suppliers and distribution centers to downstream retail store locations and e-commerce channels
• Drive innovative technology programs for omnichannel fulfillment, including technologies to improve micro-fulfillment, same-day delivery, and last-mile logistics
• Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for retail supply chain system upgrades and new implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Lead cross-functional teams, connecting technology partners, retail planners, logistics managers, and business stakeholders to ensure program success
• Build strong partnerships with key leadership across procurement, distribution, store operations, merchandising, and customer experience teams
• Act as a visible leader and coach to guide teams through change management, ensuring new solutions and processes align with business goals and deliver exceptional results
• Define and implement industry-standard frameworks for program delivery, with a strong emphasis on Agile and Lean methodologies
• Develop and track KPIs to regularly measure and improve supply chain performance in terms of cost, speed, and customer satisfaction
• Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, implementing strategies to minimize delays or disruptions
• Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, retail technology, and supply chain innovation to ensure solutions remain competitive and adaptable to evolving market demands
• Drive technology roadmaps for next-generation retail supply chain technologies, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and the customer experience

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing large-scale, multi-phase supply chain transformation programs
• Expertise in AI solution delivery, including machine learning for demand forecasting, intelligent inventory optimization, and automated replenishment
• Background in retail-specific supply chain technologies, including inventory management systems, warehouse management systems, and order management systems
• Familiarity with transportation and logistics platforms and omnichannel fulfillment technologies, including micro-fulfillment, same-day delivery, and last-mile logistics solutions
• Knowledge of system integration practices connecting upstream suppliers and distribution centers to downstream retail store locations and e-commerce channels
• Proficiency in Agile and Lean methodologies for program delivery
• Skills in change management practices to guide teams through the rollout of new tools and processes
• Understanding of KPI development and tracking to measure supply chain performance in terms of cost, speed, and customer satisfaction
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams, including technology partners, retail planners, logistics managers, and business stakeholders
• Competency in building partnerships with leadership across procurement, distribution, store operations, merchandising, and customer experience teams
