As an Operations Coordinator your duties will include office activities, supply ordering, and business financial activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, manage supplies/materials, understand, and perform accurate and timely data collection, and demonstrate effective use and maintenance of office equipment. This position's primary duties also include:
Supports primary team of 1 Director, 5 Managers, 1 Supervisor/TC, and 1 Clinical Nurse Specialist (ICU, 4B, IMCU, RP, SP, Pt Equip, IV team, Wound, Nursing Education Services, PCS/Bed Flow, Dialysis)
Possess exceptional skills in Microsoft Office platforms, most importantly Word and Excel
Create tailored reports and emails
Create agendas and associated minutes for meetings
Arrange room bookings, catering as needed
Order supplies and equipment for daily operations and through yearly purchasing exercises
May include managing calendars, organizing meetings and appointments
Participation in projects and division events
Flexible and agile and willing to take on additional duties as necessary
Complete payroll duties daily and biweekly timecard submissions
May need to flex hours as necessary
Education Required:
High School Diploma
Experience Required:
Two Years Clerical
Experience Preferred:
Two years Office Management Â
Two Years Secretarial
Some medical terminology
Skills Required:
Oral and Written Communication
Operate basic office equipment

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $23.63 - $35.55 hourly.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
