Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide responsive and reliable phone support for a U.S. based appliance repair service company.

We are looking for someone who is ready to respond to incoming calls immediately and takes ownership of providing the best possible support to customers. The ideal candidate is not only available to answer calls throughout all working hours but is also proactive, attentive, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with scheduling and general service requests, including appliance repair inquiries
• Manage and update customer information, interactions, and service requests in CRM systems
• Complete daily customer service and administrative tasks

Requirements
• Previous customer service experience
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Experience using CRMs, dispatching or service scheduling systems
• Proactive mindset and strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Stable internet connection and a quiet professional workspace

Highly Preferred
• Previous experience with appliance repair, home services, or other service based businesses

Full-Time - 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (1 hour break)
