🔧YOUR ROLE

• Monitor and optimize production processes on the shopfloor

• Workhands-on with machinery to identify and solve issues in real time

• Analyze root causes and implement solutions to improvequality, efficiency, and safety

• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams

• Actively participate inContinuous Improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen)

✅REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or College degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Manufacturing, or related fields)

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Willing to workon-site at the shopfloor with frequent exposure to machinery

• Strong problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement spirit

• Proactive, responsible, and committed toSafety First culture

• Basic English communication skills
