Production Supervisor

• Responsiblefor production management for HSCA or Jumper products;
• Ensure production safe at anytime;
• Responsibleforall basis training and re-education (not include technical);
• Supporting no reached target analysis items of PPM (Part Per Million) and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectives), and tracking;
• Lead Workshop and CIT include any typeofcost reduction;
• Through management and Tools skill, ensure PPM, external complaintsbereduced minimum;
• With advanced process establish assessment of Phase 4, and suggest how to solve;
• Reduce directlabor and improve PPH includeany typeofcost saving ;
• Ensure production process be effective and usually audit in house;
