As a Chef of Cuisine you will have the opportunity to create flavor combinations, select ingredients, and manage kitchen operations; your passion and conviction will be key to the culinary art.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine-dining restaurants.
• Degree in Gastronomy.
• Advanced English proficiency is essential.
• Knowledge of Forbes standards and hygienic food handling.
• Knowledge of wood-fired grilling is preferable.
