UX/UI Designer 4

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Participating in meetings
• Managing your time
• Juggle multiple projects
• Juggle many meetings
• Work with other UX, UI and Content designers as well and PMs, Devs, and QA
• Use and elevate the Design system
• Work in figma
• Present to stakeholders
• Calm under deadlines
• Track your work and deadlines

Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables):

• Figma skills
• Designing for mobile apps
• Self starter

Education Requirements: Bachelors degree

Software Skills Required: Figma, Jira, Microsoft suite

Disqualifiers/ Dislikes on Resumes: only experience in UX, only experience in web responsive design

Preferred Skills (nice to have)

1. Organized and empathetic
2. Presentation skills and PowerPoint
3. Able to quickly iterate, AI experience, team player
