- Develop visual artefacts (e.g., process diagrams, infographics, interaction flows) to support training, adoption, and change communications.
- Partner with GIA Transformation and Comms teams to ensure updated materials are consistent with GIA standards and governance.
Collaboration & Governance
- Provide expert UX input into the Design Authority to ensure user experience considerations are embedded in all design decisions.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Service Designer to ensure the future-state service blueprint translates into practical, intuitive experiences.
- Support Sponsors and workstream teams in testing, refining, and rolling out new or improved user experiences across regions and teams.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in UX, content design, service design, or experience design in complex organisations.

- Strong visual design, prototyping, and usability testing capability.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including technology, operations, and subject matter experts.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to translate technical or detailed content into intuitive experiences
