Requirements:
Qualifications: ● 6-10 years of UX/product design experience in enterprise software, big data, or complex business processes ● Hands-on experience designing AI/GenAI-enabled, headless/API-first, or voice and conversational experiences (ideally several of these) in fast-moving environments where patterns are still emerging ● Portfolio (online or PDF) showing a human-centered process and business impact ● Track record of working cross-functionally to define and prioritize problems and recommend solutions ● Proven experience planning, executing, and synthesizing research ● Strong written, verbal, and visual communication, including design and data storytelling ● Able to ramp up quickly, work independently, and communicate progress and risks proactively ● Comfortable working with Claude (Projects, Design, Code), NotebookLM, Figma, FigJam, Jira, and Confluence Also valuable ● Data visualization, dashboards, or decision-support tools ● Insurance, financial services, banking, or healthcare experience ● Design systems, design tokens, and accessibility standards
