Job Description:
Skill Set:
UX Design using Figma and/orAdobe XD for prototyping and UI design.
Mandatory skills:
- Define and developuser personas, user journeys, and user flows to deeply understand user needs and behaviours.
- Create high-fidelityuser interface designs andclickable prototypes using industry-standard tools likeFigma andAdobe XD to communicate design intent.
- Lead and participate inuser research activities andusability testing, applying insights to iterate and refine designs.
- Manage requirements gathering to ensure UX design solutions align strongly with client and business goals.
- Demonstrate end-to-end knowledge and ownership of theUser Experience design process, from discovery and research through to design delivery and validation.
- Engage effectively inclient interaction andstakeholder management, presenting design ideas clearly and incorporating feedback constructively.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.
- Maintain proficiency in leading UX design tools and stay updated on emerging design trends and best practices.
