🎯THE ROLE

We are seeking ahands-on Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations at a select-service Hilton Garden Inn.

This is aworking leadership role — not just oversight.

🔥RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations
• Manage room attendants and housekeeping staff
• Ensure guest rooms meet Hilton brand standards
• Manage schedules, productivity, and labor
• Maintain cleanliness across all public spaces
• Handle inspections and quality control

💥WHAT WE NEED

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lead a small team and drive accountability
• Hands-on approach — visible on the floor
• Experience managing daily room turnover

⚠️REQUIREMENTS

• Prior housekeeping leadership experience (hotel preferred)
• Ability to work weekends/holidays
• Strong organizational and communication skills
